Fire Services Modeller (Revit) - Dry Fire

About the role

Drafting Solutions, a South Australian drafting company delivering shop drawings, services coordination and BIM expertise, is hiring a Fire Services Modeller for its growing department. The role focuses on Dry Fire modelling and 3D services coordination, working across major commercial projects such as data centres, hospitals and apartments. It is based at the Mile End office, with car parking provided.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate 3D models and shop drawings in Revit, primarily for Dry Fire services
• Interpret client markups and coordinate services with other trades and builders
• Manage multiple projects, keeping drawing quality high and meeting deadlines
• Liaise with clients to give project updates and ensure documentation meets requirements
• Contribute to improving drafting systems, standards and processes

Required profile

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in building services drafting or modelling
• Experience in fire services modelling, ideally Dry Fire
• Excellent attention to detail, technical problem-solving and a commitment to quality
• Ability to manage competing priorities, interpret technical information and communicate with clients

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit
• Understanding of 3D services coordination and shop drawings
