About the role
Join a team of three partners to lead and advise on complex financial services regulatory matters, including bank merger integrations and major law reform projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and advise on bank merger integration projects, product and distribution arrangements.
- Provide regulatory advice across retail banking, SME and business banking, BNPL, digital banking (BaaS and SaaS), payments, alliances and partnerships.
- Engage with regulators, manage remediation, and support private credit and funds sector initiatives.
Required profile
- At least 4 years of experience as a Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer.
- Ability to work with senior partners and maintain strong client relationships.
