About the role
We are partnering with a listed REIT to find a Financial Controller who will report to the Head of Finance. The role ensures consistent corporate financial strategy across accounts, statements and tax data, and serves as the primary contact for banks, auditors and tax authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day company accounts and financial planning.
- Oversee budget forecasting, cash‑flow management and government compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably with REIT or fund environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP financial software.
