Financial Controller

About the role

Integria Healthcare is seeking a technically strong finance leader to drive operational excellence and deliver trusted financial insights. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead finance operations, reporting, compliance and governance across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, reporting, compliance and governance across the business.
• Deliver accurate consolidated financial and management reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, manage statutory reporting, external audits, tax compliance and ASIC obligations.
• Oversee payroll governance, working capital management and cash flow forecasting.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation and AI solutions in finance processes.

Required profile

• CA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Proven experience leading accounting and reporting in a complex or global environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial acumen.
• Experience managing audits, tax compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
