Finance Manager – Corporate

About the role

CSR is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Corporate Finance team in North Ryde. Reporting to the GM Finance Corporate, this full‑time hybrid position will lead the delivery of high‑quality external and internal financial reporting for the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead year‑end financial statement preparation, review and compliance with Australian accounting standards.
• Oversee monthly reporting, month‑end close, balance‑sheet reconciliations and data integrity across group ledgers.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate internal finance teams to meet reporting deadlines.
• Provide technical accounting expertise on complex transactions, acquisitions, disposals and new business activities.
• Drive finance input into transformation initiatives, budgeting, five‑year planning and benefits tracking.
• Lead, coach and develop finance team members, ensuring compliance with WHSE responsibilities.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) with 10+ years of hands‑on accounting experience in a large entity.
• Proven experience in a Big 4 audit environment (desired) and strong background in statutory financial statements.
• Exceptional technical accounting knowledge and ability to interpret accounting standards confidently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or major ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis and financial modelling.
