Finance Business Partner

About the role

MECCA is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its Commercial Finance team, supporting senior leaders across eCommerce and Loyalty functions. This autonomous role owns the financial performance of a portfolio, providing strategic insight and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the assigned portfolio, identifying risks, opportunities and key commercial drivers.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders, delivering commercial insight, financial modelling and strategic recommendations.
• Partner across departments to support strategic initiatives, business cases and transformation programmes.
• Deliver forecasting, reporting and scenario modelling to improve revenue and optimise margins.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning, systems and commercial finance processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering, preferably in retail.
• Experience analysing loyalty programme performance and customer data to inform decisions.
• Degree in Commerce, Finance or related discipline with strong analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and communicate insights clearly.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
