Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Pyrmont. Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with senior leaders to provide financial insights that drive profitability, performance improvement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and performance analysis to support business planning and decision‑making.
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to operational leaders, identifying opportunities, managing risks and improving performance.
• Prepare management reports, analyse financial results and comment on key trends and business performance.
• Develop business cases, financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, investments and commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to financial governance, executive reporting and continuous improvement of finance processes.

Required profile

• CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Business Partnering, FP&A, corporate finance or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience in due diligence, transaction support or M&A is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• PowerBi experience (advantageous).
