FIFO or BIBO Hospitality Roles in Darwin

About the role
Sodexo is seeking hospitality all‑rounders for FIFO or BIBO rosters based in Darwin, NT. You will work on a 14‑day on/7‑day off schedule, supporting village residents with safety, comfort and well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Manage village sites, ensuring safety, comfort and well‑being of residents.
- Oversee accommodation, administration, kitchen, housekeeping and industrial cleaning services.
Required profile
- Ability to travel safely to and from work.
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours).
- National Police Check dated within the last 6 months.
- Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions.
- Pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
