About the role
Sodexo is seeking experienced chefs to join its BIBO/FIFO operations in Darwin on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster. You will work in a high‑volume catering environment supporting mining communities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services.
- Maintain food safety and HACCP standards while delivering consistent quality and presentation.
Required profile
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Experience in bulk catering or high‑volume kitchens; remote site experience desirable.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions.
What we offer
- Competitive salary $93,000‑$98,000 per year plus superannuation.
- 14/7 roster providing work‑life balance, meals and accommodation on site.
