About the role

Join Henry Schein Australia as a Field Service Technician, delivering installation, maintenance, repair and technical support for industry‑leading dental equipment. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping dental practices operate efficiently and provide outstanding patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot and repair a broad range of dental equipment.
• Respond to customer service requests and technical call‑outs on‑site.
• Identify and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted technical expert.
• Collaborate with colleagues and cross‑functional teams to improve outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Technically capable professional who works independently within a supportive team.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a technical field service environment (medical devices, technology, HVAC, etc.).
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Electrical/Electronic qualifications (desired).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience using CRM or service management systems.
