Field Sales Manager

About the role

Lead, coach and develop a team of field sales professionals (Relationship Associates) to deliver strong sales performance, customer outcomes and business growth for Maxxia, one of Australia’s largest employee benefits providers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team to achieve daily, monthly and annual KPI targets aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor compliance with internal and external requirements and ensure high employee motivation and engagement.
• Coach employees toward their skill and career objectives and contribute to annual budget preparation.
• Report on sales team performance against targets and actively engage with client site contacts to maintain quality sales activity.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales management experience leading a team of sales professionals.
• Proven track record in business development or account management with strong customer satisfaction.
• Experience developing sales strategies and plans; knowledge of finance/taxation or salary packaging is advantageous.
• Tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, commerce or related business discipline preferred.
