Premium Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Join Miele’s Experience Centre team in Chatswood and become the face of a premium retail environment. As a Sales Consultant you will guide customers through their purchasing journey, delivering expert product advice and showcasing the quality, innovation and performance that define the Miele brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences and consultative sales solutions.
• Build strong relationships, guiding customers from enquiry through purchase.
• Demonstrate Miele products and features to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding premium service standards.
• Maintain high‑standard presentation of products and displays throughout the Experience Centre.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and support store operations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in premium retail, appliances, furniture, kitchens, interiors or luxury brands.
• Confidence delivering product demonstrations or presentations.
• Experience with CRM or point‑of‑sale systems.
• Passion for home design, cooking or premium lifestyle products.
