Fashion Designer

About the role

BNAH is seeking a creative and technically skilled Fashion Designer to join its in‑house design team. You will be responsible for shaping seasonal womenswear collections from concept through to final production, ensuring each piece reflects the brand’s refined aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal collections by translating creative direction into sketches, tech packs and detailed specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the production team, tailors and suppliers to oversee sampling, fit assessment and production approval.
• Create original designs that align with BNAH’s silhouette, colour and trend language.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a part‑time capacity.
• Maintain awareness of fashion trends, materials, sourcing and costing to support informed design decisions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of industry experience in fashion design or product development.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail, finish and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work, sketches or collections (PDF or link required).
