About the role

Join the frontline sales team in Sydney as an External Sales Consultant, converting inbound opportunities into confirmed business through in‑home and virtual consultations. The role is hybrid, with travel across the Sydney region to meet customers and conduct sales surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional in‑home and virtual consultations, building trust quickly with prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from enquiry to booking, maintaining accurate CRM records and driving structured progression.
• Provide detailed job specifications to operations and collaborate with internal teams for seamless client handover.
• Contribute to a high‑performing sales culture by sharing insights, participating in coaching, and representing the business professionally.

Required profile

• Background in relocation, logistics, or service industries with experience in in‑home or virtual consultations.
• Proven sales success with strong closing ability and ability to handle high‑value, emotionally driven decisions.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated, and accountable with strong commercial acumen.
• Valid driver’s licence.
