Export Operator

About the role

The Export Operator will join the Cased Goods team in Adelaide, managing export shipments from order receipt through to final delivery. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with company, customer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update export orders, coordinate with customers, overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, customs and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments, handle customs clearance, packing arrangements and maintain accurate data in the FLOW system.
• Provide proactive shipment updates, resolve customer enquiries and support invoicing and financial review.
• Identify and mitigate risks, investigate complex issues and support senior team members with escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding experience with strong hands‑on export operations knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Financial management of invoices and cost variance analysis.
