Executive Team Assistant

About the role

The Executive Team Assistant will provide high‑level support to the Managing Directors and executive leadership team of Gunn Agri Partners, a fast‑growing agricultural investment business. This office‑based role requires managing complex calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination while leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, evolving executive calendars and prioritize commitments in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and meeting schedules.
• Organise board, investor, leadership and stakeholder meetings, handling logistics and preparing supporting materials.
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, board papers and executive communications using advanced Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintain confidential records, document management systems and digital filing structures.

Required profile

• Extensive experience supporting senior leaders in a professional services, investment or corporate environment.
• Strong commercial judgement, organisational capability and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
• Expert calendar and travel management skills, including multi‑destination itineraries.
