Executive Officer (Permanent, Hybrid)

About the role

The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) is hiring a permanent Executive Officer in Perth, Western Australia, working in a hybrid arrangement. You will provide high-level confidential executive and secretarial support to the Commissioner for Consumer Protection and the leadership team of the Consumer Protection and IRCP Legal Services Group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate executive correspondence, enquiries and approvals
• Manage the Commissioner's diary, meetings and travel arrangements
• Prepare agendas, briefing papers and meeting documentation
• Support liaison with internal stakeholders, government agencies and industry representatives
