Receptionist

About the role

ICON Engineering, an Australian oil and gas service provider, is looking for a Receptionist in Perth. The role gives a professional first impression of the company and covers front-of-house reception, administration support and some event and travel coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house telephone enquiries and greet visitors
• Monitor stationery and order supplies when needed
• Keep the kitchen clean
• Arrange domestic and international couriers and take receipt of deliveries
• Assist with domestic and international travel
• Provide administration support to the Administration Manager
• Assist with event management, arrange catering and manage meeting rooms
• Assist with Project Support as required
• Maintain PPE stock, coordinate staff meetings and leave requests, format documents and coordinate timesheets
• Reconcile credit card transactions

Required profile

• High School certification and/or Business Certification
• Experience in an admin/reception capacity
• Team player with a happy, friendly disposition
• Organised, well presented and accurate, with good time management

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft packages
• Attention to detail and accuracy
