About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Region Services organisation in Australia. The role involves coordinating complex tasks, managing competing priorities, and handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and organise domestic and international travel.
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables, follow up on outstanding items, and act as liaison for the manager’s direct reports.
  • Organise team activities such as staff meetings, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites and social events.
  • Collaborate across multiple geographies and work closely with leadership, recruiting and other Executive Assistants.

Required profile

  • Australian citizenship or eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance.
  • 2+ years of executive assistant experience with a self‑starter attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on security or personnel matters.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
