Buying Compliance Coordinator

About the role

Carma is looking for a Buying Compliance Coordinator to ensure every vehicle in the buying pipeline meets internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will act as the audit‑ready guardian of vehicle documentation, keeping the buying process clean, tight and fast.

Key responsibilities

• Own pre‑sale compliance from start to finish, verifying recalls, manufacturer contacts, service history and ASIC checks.
• Maintain secure, organised and audit‑ready vehicle keys, logbooks and documents.
• Coordinate with Buyers, Delivery, CX, Registrations and Workshop teams to keep handover processes smooth.
• Enter and verify vehicle data using Redbook and Glass’s with high accuracy.
• Support sourcing activities and provide phone‑based customer service when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, coordination or compliance in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes and checklists.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Redbook vehicle valuation system.
• Proficiency with Glass’s vehicle data platform.
