About the role
Fortescue’s Corporate Development team is seeking an Executive Assistant / Corporate Support Officer to provide high‑level support to senior leaders in Perth. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast‑moving environments and can anticipate needs with precision and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver executive and administrative support, including personal assistance to senior leaders.
- Manage complex, evolving calendars, travel arrangements, meetings and logistics.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, handling competing priorities with professionalism and urgency.
- Coordinate inbox management, draft correspondence and prepare executive communications.
- Support accounts payable processes: purchase requisitions, orders, supplier invoices, expense claims and reconciliations.
- Prepare and coordinate board papers, executive briefs, presentations and internal reports.
- Assist in drafting board recommendations, legal briefs, commercial summaries and strategic background materials.
- Conduct research, consolidate information and provide high‑quality insights for leadership decision‑making.
Required profile
- Significant experience in an Executive Assistant, Corporate Support or similar senior administrative role.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
- Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, professional approach.
- Flexible mindset, able to work outside standard hours and travel occasionally.
- A law degree and/or French language skills are highly regarded.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
