Executive Assistant – APAC

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking a high‑trust Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across APAC. This hands‑on role ensures that leaders can focus on strategic priorities while the EA handles day‑to‑day operational details.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, fast‑moving calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate scheduling for senior leaders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, acting as a trusted partner.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, aligning schedules and ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
• Anticipate needs, manage follow‑ups, flag conflicts, and keep the right people aligned.
• Build scalable processes, identify automation opportunities, and use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and discretion.
• Personable, relationship‑builder who can support both individual leaders and broader teams.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel globally up to 40% of the time.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI productivity tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Comfort with adopting new systems quickly.
