Exam Invigilator - October 2026 Exams

About the role

HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting exam invigilators to support tertiary education providers with smooth and successful exam delivery. The role is based in Albury and Wodonga, starting from mid-October, with exams held on weekdays and weekends, Monday through Saturday. Shifts can last up to 12 hours between 7.00am and 7.00pm, and full availability across the entire exam period is essential.

Required profile

• No experience needed; enthusiasm to help students succeed is enough.
• Strong communication, confident engaging with students and staff.
• Service orientation and reliability and punctuality.
• Discretion and attention to process, following assessment requirements and exam protocols.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, or hold current VIT registration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
• Ability to deliver professional, supportive customer service to all stakeholders.
