Early Childhood Trainee (Certificate III)

About the role

G8 Education is running a traineeship program for the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, open to people who want to start a career as an early childhood educator. Participants work as part of a team providing quality education and care while observing the policies, procedures, values and philosophies of G8 centres, and learning through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Support children in their development and physical care.
• Learn practice through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.
• Support educators in observing and documenting children's learning and development.
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the room.

Required profile

• Motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and energetic, with a willingness to make a lifelong impact.
