About the role

One Raceway is seeking a creative, driven and highly organised Events & Social Media Manager to shape the brand’s presence on and off the track. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves bringing people together through memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept through delivery, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content and capture the energy of One Raceway through storytelling, photography and video.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
• Maintain the website and digital platforms, keeping them fresh and aligned with upcoming events.
• Build relationships with brands, sponsors, influencers and partners to create exciting collaboration opportunities.

Required profile

• Proactive self‑starter who identifies needs and takes action without waiting for direction.
• Experience in events, marketing, social media or a similar creative role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative eye for content, storytelling and brand presentation.
• Confidence communicating with partners, suppliers, clients and internal teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of social media trends, digital marketing and audience engagement.
• Ability to produce photography and video content for storytelling.
