ETF Senior Account Associate

About the role

The ETF Senior Account Associate will support the growth of PIMCO’s active ETF platform across global wealth management and digital channels. You will own a client segment, deliver exceptional service, and create new opportunities using digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Drive net and gross sales to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for the ETF platform.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and service existing ones through digital interactions.
• Support the Head of ETF Sales with product development and management tasks.
• Collaborate with PIMCO management to formulate and execute business plans with a consultative sales approach.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of PIMCO products, market trends and client needs while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA or MBA highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including direct ETF experience.
• Demonstrated exposure to ETF distribution channels and strong understanding of ETF mechanics, trading, liquidity and capital markets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• ETF distribution and product knowledge.
• Understanding of ETF mechanics, trading, liquidity and capital markets concepts.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
