About the role

Required profile

• Studying or holding a relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Bachelor of Business/Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent.
• Motivated, curious and passionate about developing a career in North Queensland.
• Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions and solve problems.
• Professional presentation, proactive attitude and strong client‑service focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/ verbal communication skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
• Self‑initiative, hunger to learn and willingness to ask questions.

Required skills

• Strong IT and computer skills with the ability to adopt new technology quickly.
• Proficiency in standard business software and tools.
