ET Project Lead

About the role

The ET Project Lead is the execution owner and in‑market custodian of Enovis Enabling Technologies, responsible for delivering a disciplined launch of ARVIS and ensuring operational excellence across all ET solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of ARVIS Limited Market Release and early launch phases, delivering milestones on time.
• Oversee training of surgeons, OR teams and internal stakeholders, providing hands‑on support during the first cases at each site.
• Coordinate system deployment, logistics and site readiness, acting as the local point of contact for operational issues.
• Assess and validate hospital and surgeon readiness prior to go‑live, ensuring adherence to clinical and operational protocols.
• Monitor post‑deployment utilisation of ARVIS systems, identifying barriers to adoption and driving continuous improvement.
• Support introduction and deployment of additional ET and digital solutions, providing input on scalability for future technologies such as robotics.
• Serve as the primary local interface with International ET Launch & Operations, ensuring global standards are applied.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, life sciences, business).
• 7–10 years of experience in MedTech, preferably with surgical technologies, navigation, robotics or capital equipment, and a proven track record in product launches, clinical support or field operations.
