Entry Level Customer Experience Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Experience Representative to join our Tier 1 Digital Support team in Perth. You will be the first point of contact for customers of Services Australia, handling both inbound and outbound interactions and helping them navigate self‑service portals.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a mix of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer enquiries promptly.
• Guide customers through self‑service portals to locate the information they need.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to ensure coverage during peak customer periods.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s systems.

Required profile

• Based in Perth and able to work full‑time on‑site at Troode Street.
• Australian citizenship (must be over 18).
• Excellent verbal communication with strong listening and empathy.
• High computer literacy and ability to multitask.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and solution‑oriented.
