Entertainment Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Travel Consultant to join our Media & Entertainment division. You will support major clients in music, advertising, TV and film by planning and managing complex travel itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and sell travel services including air, ground transport, accommodation and related services.
• Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues and post‑booking queries in line with BCD standards.
• Handle large group and talent movements, ensuring confidentiality and proactive problem solving.
• Support team members across functions and adhere to supplier rules and company policies.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS Sabre.
