About the role
Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a delivery station in Bella Vista. You will oversee daily logistics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, on‑time delivery for millions of customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, acting as proxy for the Site Lead.
- Review operational forecasts, set productivity targets, and oversee shift patterns, staffing and holiday planning.
- Support safety programs and ensure compliance across the station.
- Identify and lead process‑improvement initiatives using Lean tools, and analyze shift performance to enhance operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in employee and performance management.
- 2+ years experience with performance metrics, process improvement or Lean techniques.
- Proven ability to hire, develop and lead diverse, high‑performing teams.
Required skills
- Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodology.
- Process improvement and problem‑solving.
- Experience managing contingent workforce.
