Senior Agent Product Manager – LSP

About the role

Altana is looking for a Senior Agent Product Manager to work directly with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) across Australia. You will act as the product owner for Altana within each account, shaping the roadmap, driving adoption, and expanding the solution in close partnership with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Spend significant time onsite at customer locations to understand their business models, operations, and workarounds.
• Translate deep LSP knowledge into clear product priorities, success metrics and roadmaps for the next 12‑24 months.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, enterprise product teams and engineers to design, prototype and launch features.
• Track impact metrics such as reduced holds, faster clearance, lower compliance costs and new revenue streams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering B2B, data‑intensive, API‑driven or workflow products.
• Curious about logistics and eager to become an industry expert through hands‑on discovery.
• Comfortable working side‑by‑side with customers, building trust and iterating based on feedback.
• Strong ownership mindset – you define success, measure outcomes and fix issues.
