Operations Associate – Full‑Time Retail

About the role

The Operations Associate supports the store team at Chatswood Chase, driving profitability and efficiency through hands‑on inventory and visual management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory processes, maintain accuracy, and reduce shrinkage.
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and daily floor replenishment.
• Uphold visual standards on the sales floor and manage stockroom processes.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, vendor relations, and facilities to optimise store operations.
• Address customer needs promptly and ensure a safe, inviting environment.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in a client‑centric sales or operational environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift 10‑15 kg, stand and move for an entire shift, and perform regular floor tasks.
