Enterprise Security GTM Lead

About the role

The Enterprise Security GTM Lead drives Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) indirect channel growth for the Security Solution Area across enterprise and strategic clients in Australia. The role orchestrates incentives, planning rhythms, and joint pipeline with Avanade, Accenture and Microsoft.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AMBG indirect pipeline and orchestration for the Security Area in the region, driving signings and revenue targets.
• Lead joint planning, pursuits and qualification with Avanade, Accenture and Microsoft, ensuring clear ownership.
• Drive Microsoft co‑sell motion in AMBG pursuits, embedding AI‑led propositions.
• Align AMBG plans with broader Security Area growth agenda.
• Champion architect deployment and pod models to scale Avanade influence.
• Provide pre‑sales origination support and manage technical consultants on shaped deals.
• Act as early‑warning system for channel conflict, incentive misalignment and commercial risks.

Required profile

• Deep technical expertise in contemporary security practices and industry trends.
• Proven track record of originating and delivering complex security engagements.
• Experience building and leading high‑performing teams in a matrixed organisation.
• Strong client relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and shape growth opportunities.
