Enterprise Sales Manager

About the role

ECALECAL, the global leader in calendar marketing and sync‑to‑calendar technology, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive its worldwide commercial expansion. This high‑impact, player‑coach position will combine hands‑on enterprise selling with the development and scaling of a global sales playbook and team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new enterprise revenue across key markets including the US, UK/Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
• Manage, refine and execute the ECAL Sales Playbook to standardise sales excellence and improve conversion metrics globally.
• Build, lead and mentor a lean, high‑performing international sales team.
• Develop partner ecosystems with agencies, software vendors and data platforms to create referral streams and co‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with executive leadership, marketing and success teams to optimise go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise closer with a track record of winning multi‑year SaaS deals with C‑suite buyers.
• Ambitious sales professional on a steep upward trajectory, motivated to reach the highest level of enterprise tech.
• Deep familiarity with sports, media and marketing ecosystems and the ability to articulate commercial ROI to senior commercial leaders.
• Strategic thinker capable of refining sales processes, executing structured playbooks and leveraging partner networks for pipeline velocity.
