Enterprise Business Development Representative

About the role

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative you will act as the activation layer for pipeline creation and early‑stage opportunity progression across strategic enterprise accounts. You will identify where Fenergo can create value, engage senior stakeholders and build conditions for qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Activate strategic accounts by researching operating models, regulatory pressures and technology landscapes.
• Use internal insights, external signals and AI‑enabled tools to pinpoint value‑creation opportunities.
• Engage senior personas across compliance, financial crime, operations, technology and transformation with tailored messaging.
• Conduct SPICED‑based discovery to uncover business outcomes, pain points and decision contexts.
• Develop account‑specific Value Hypotheses that link Fenergo capabilities to customer priorities.
• Multi‑thread across stakeholder groups to build broader buying consensus.
• Partner closely with Field Sales Representatives to align on account strategy and hand over qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven success in a commercial SaaS, technology or B2B sales environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex customer problems.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders with relevance and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
