Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Atticus is looking for an experienced SaaS Enterprise Account Manager to help customers maximise the value of our document fact‑checking platform. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding adoption, driving outcomes and uncovering expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new corporate customers, including sustainability teams, and co‑develop case studies.
• Identify value‑adding opportunities and create expansion plans for best‑fit accounts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders such as company secretaries, investor relations managers and heads of sustainability.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure customers adopt new features and provide feedback.
• Conduct feature walk‑throughs, usage reviews and renewal preparations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management, customer experience or sales experience in a SaaS environment.
• Creative, curious and self‑driven with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communicator who can build relationships remotely and in person.
• Bias toward action and outcome‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS account management and customer success processes.
• Ability to map stakeholder ecosystems and drive platform adoption.
