Enrolled Nurse – Rural Hospital (Full/Part Time)

About the role

Join a modern rural healthcare facility delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care to the Gunnedah community. As an Enrolled Nurse you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, to provide safe, compassionate and evidence‑based nursing care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred nursing care and apply sound clinical judgement.
• Coordinate and plan patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Utilise electronic medical records to document assessments, interventions and outcomes.
• Support patients and families, promoting positive health outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.

Required profile

• Compassionate, adaptable and reliable Enrolled Nurse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Computer literacy, including use of electronic medical records and email systems.

• Hourly rate $36.72 – $39.91 plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging.
