Enrolled Nurse – Pearce Health Centre (RAAF Base Pearce)

About the role

Serco is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Pearce Health Centre at RAAF Base Pearce in Bullsbrook, WA. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide outpatient assessment and health‑promotion services to Defence personnel and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient assessments and determine the level of care required.
• Deliver health‑promotion advice and education to patients.
• Prioritise patient needs and initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team, including Registered Nurses, physicians and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical governance procedures.

Required profile

• Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with AHPRA.
• At least 2 years of full‑time post‑registration nursing experience within the past 5 years.
• Strong personal integrity, ethical behaviour and professional conduct.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a busy clinical environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, patient‑focused approach.
