Enrolled Nurse

About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Stirling Health Centre, you will deliver outpatient assessments and health promotion services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will triage patients, initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, and support flexible, responsive healthcare delivery for Australian Defence Force personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and determine appropriate level of care.
• Provide treatment for minor injuries and illnesses in an outpatient setting.
• Promote health and wellbeing through education and preventive services.
• Assist with last‑minute shift coverage to ensure continuous service.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection control standards.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) registration with AHPRA.
• At least two years of full‑time post‑registration nursing experience in acute care, primary health care or a military environment within the last five years.
• Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development activities.
• Current CPR (HLTAID009) certification.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a Baseline Defence security clearance.

Required skills

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
