About the role

Join WorkFocus Australia as an Employment Services Consultant and help people return to work by finding suitable new employment and work‑hardening placements. You will use your engagement skills to support clients in their job‑seeking journey and connect them with employers.

Key responsibilities

• Source suitable placements for return‑to‑work and work‑hardening programs.
• Develop clients' job‑seeking skills to make them competitive in the market.
• Market individual job seekers to appropriate employers and build a network of hiring partners.
• Understand and apply employment incentive schemes to secure the best job for each client.
• Coach and motivate clients throughout their employment transition.

Required profile

• Positive, empathetic and persistent attitude.
• Experience in employment services, recruitment, marketing or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Current driver’s licence and vehicle for travel.
