Employment Consultant – Inclusive Employment Australia Program

About the role

Join APM Group’s Inclusive Employment Australia Program in Oakleigh and help people with disability secure meaningful work. You will combine people support with sales, relationship building and administration to drive real outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants to become job‑ready, including resume assistance, interview coaching and upskilling.
• Actively market candidates to employers, generate new job opportunities through cold calls, visits and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways.
• Negotiate job trials, work‑experience placements and wage subsidies to secure outcomes.
• Track participant progress, manage compliance documentation and achieve KPI targets.

Required profile

• Natural communicator and relationship builder confident engaging employers.
• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment or customer‑facing roles.
• Passionate about helping people overcome barriers and succeed.
• Resilient, target‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
