Dynamic Family Lawyer for Leading WA Firm

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Family Lawyer to join our highly regarded Family & Private Clients team within a leading Western Australian law firm. You will work in a supportive, fast‑paced environment handling complex, meaningful family law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage divorce, property settlement, parenting arrangements, spousal maintenance and enforcement proceedings.
• Provide dispute resolution and mediation services for family law matters.
• Advise on binding financial agreements, superannuation agreements and maintenance agreements.
• Handle child support, child maintenance and related agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑admission experience in family law.
• Extensive experience in complex parenting matters, financial settlements and non‑court dispute resolution.
• Interest in business development and attending professional events.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
