About the role
Join the Perth Real Estate team to advise renewable energy clients, work on large‑scale infrastructure developments and manage significant property transactions across public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reasonably sized property transactions.
- Advise renewable energy clients on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
- Work on development and investment matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments across various asset classes.
- Collaborate with Corporate, Energy and Resources, and Environment teams within the Perth office.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of broad property law experience.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent client‑facing skills and knowledge of key legislation affecting property transactions.
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.
- Strong time and project management abilities.
- Team player who can also work independently.
