Driving Instructor (Contractor)

About the role

Join NRMA as a contracted Driving Instructor, delivering learner lessons, the NSW Safer Drivers Course and, when qualified, senior assessments and corporate training. This role supports road safety and community service across Penrith.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learner driver lessons and the NSW Safer Drivers Course.
• Facilitate senior driver assessments and corporate training when qualified.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate diary management.

Required profile

• Valid Registered ACN.
• Own dual‑control vehicle (white, <5 years old, 5‑star ANCAP rating).
• Current Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics.
• Valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence and C‑class driver’s licence.
• Current TfNSW Safer Drivers Course (minimum Module 2).
• Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC).
• Passion for road safety, empathy, patience and strong interpersonal skills.
