Driver / Installer for Premium Appliance Deliveries

About the role

Miele is looking for a Driver / Installer to join its Logistics team, ensuring premium appliances reach business partners safely and on time while providing professional installation services.

Key responsibilities

• Safely load, transport and deliver Miele products according to planned routes and schedules.
• Collect and return goods to Miele as required, handling products with care.
• Complete appliance installations and removal of existing appliances where needed.
• Provide courteous, brand‑aligned customer service at every interaction.
• Accurately complete all transport and delivery documentation.
• Maintain focus on on‑time delivery, minimizing damage and incomplete deliveries.
• Collaborate with Miele teams, business partners and logistics providers for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work to delivery schedules.

Required skills

• Relevant truck licence.
• Forklift licence.
• Manual handling licence.
• Dangerous goods licence.
• Electrical licence.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.
