Director, Transaction Services – Hotels

About the role

Colliers is seeking an ambitious, commercially‑minded property professional to lead hotel transaction services across Australia. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Head of Hotels, you will drive growth in one of the country’s most dynamic investment sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Originate new business opportunities and develop trusted client relationships.
• Lead hotel sales campaigns, providing strategic advice to owners, investors and operators.
• Collaborate with Colliers’ national Hotels platform, covering capital markets, asset management, operator selection and advisory services.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial property, hotels, capital markets, investment sales or related advisory disciplines.
• Strong business development and relationship‑management capability with established industry networks.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and genuine interest in the hotel and tourism sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
