Director, Payments and Cash Management (Resources, Energy & Infrastructure)

About the role

As a Business Development Manager within the Resources, Energy and Infrastructure segment of ANZ's Transaction Banking team, you will lead client acquisition for Payments & Cash Management and drive growth with new and existing institutional customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to win new business and increase wallet share.
• Analyse customers' business models to provide tailored Transaction Banking solutions.
• Develop relationships with treasurers and C‑suite executives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives to enhance the value proposition.

Required profile

• Strong background in business development and solutioning.
• Deep understanding of Payments & Cash Management products and channels.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen and interest in emerging Transaction Banking technologies.
• Highly organised client management and networking skills.

Required skills

• Payments & Cash Management expertise.
• Commercial cards procurement experience.
• Understanding of trade flows and ability to identify cross‑sell opportunities.
