Director of Solution Consulting (ANZ)

About the role

Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Solution Consultants across Australia and New Zealand, driving revenue growth and delivering AI‑powered customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and retain top Solution Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and customer obsession.
• Partner with Sales and regional leadership to define and execute go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise, solution design and value‑based storytelling.
• Build the team’s AI, commercial and technical capability to translate emerging technologies into business outcomes.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners and the technology ecosystem, representing Genesys at events and conferences.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage high‑performing teams in SaaS, CX or AI businesses.
• Deep understanding of AI, CCaaS, Customer & Employee Experience and Digital domains.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and innovation mindset.
