Director of Relationships

About the role

As Director of Relationships you will drive SME growth through a relationship‑focused approach to business banking, opening new doors and creating momentum by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will focus on market origination and support your team in structuring and closing complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Independently address the financial needs of businesses with a pragmatic approach.
• Stay abreast of economic trends and their impact on businesses.
• Build robust relationships with both customers and business partners.
• Champion teamwork and collaborative problem‑solving.
• Craft and implement best‑practice relationship models for SME customers.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields.
• Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis.
• Self‑starter with a proven ability to build networks and partner with brokers.
• Collaborative team player with a curious mindset.
